1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Certain products, such as custom orders or items marked as “non-returnable,” may not be eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@telecomtrace.com with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assist you in replacing or refunding the defective product. If the product is covered by a manufacturer warranty, we may refer you to the manufacturer for additional support.

5. Restocking Fee

Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, particularly if the product has been opened or used. This fee will be communicated to you at the time of return.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products with missing serial numbers or tampered packaging

7. Exchanges
